Terms and Conditions
This notice describes the term of service JapanLifeConcierge provides. By using the service, you are accepting the term described in this notice.
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") are a contract regarding the use of the services provided by KFinance, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") under the name JapanLifeConcierge (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"). Rules related to the use of the Service posted on the JapanLifeConcierge website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") are also considered part of the Terms and are applicable to users.

Definitions
The term "user" refers to anyone who uses the content distributed on the Service or engages with various services operated on the Service.

Eligibility for Use

Users of the Service must meet all of the following conditions:

Can provide their own Internet connection environment at their own responsibility and expense

Agree to and continuously comply with these Terms

Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts

Have the payment ability using the payment methods specified by the Company

Users are responsible for their use of the Service and shall bear all responsibility for all actions taken and their outcomes while using the Service.

Agreement to the Terms
To apply for and register to use the Service, it is necessary to agree to these Terms.

Application for Use

To apply for the use of the Service, registration through a prescribed form set by the Company is required.

Registration is deemed complete when the Company sends a notice of acceptance in response to a user's application, making the Service available for use.

There may be instances where we cannot accept registration for the Service based on the review of the application details.

The Company may refuse the application for registration of users who have been suspended due to violations of the Terms in the past.

Introduction of Third-Party Service Providers

When introducing third-party service providers to users within the Service, a direct contract may be established between the user and the third-party service provider.

The Company is not a party to such contracts and bears no responsibility for them. Therefore, in the event of any disputes arising from such contracts, resolution shall be sought directly between the user and the third-party service provider.

User ID and Password

Users must manage and store their user ID and password (hereinafter referred to as "Account Information") related to the Service at their own risk and must not allow third parties to use them, nor lend, transfer, change the name of, sell, or otherwise dispose of them.

The user bears all responsibility for damages resulting from inadequate management, misuse, or use by a third party of Account Information, and the Company assumes no responsibility.

Users must notify the Company immediately if their Account Information is stolen or used by a third party and follow the Company's instructions.

Users may change their ID by the method specified by the Company. The Company may change the user's ID if necessary for the operation of the Service, with prior notice to the user.

Newsletter

The Company may periodically send newsletters to users to inform them about content updates and recommended content across all services offered by the Company. Users can opt out of receiving these newsletters by changing their settings.

Based on the user's activity within the site, the Company may inform users about recommended content through newsletters.

The content of the newsletters pertains to information about all services provided by the Company.

Changes to the Service and the Terms

The Company reserves the right to change the content of the Service and the Terms at its discretion. Changes to the Terms take effect from the time they are displayed on the Site, except as otherwise specified by the Company.

When changing the Terms, the Company will notify users by email or another suitable method of communication and will post the revised Terms at a designated URL.

Notwithstanding the above, users who use the Service after receiving notice of changes to the Terms or after the date of such changes agree to the revised Terms.

Handling of Personal Information

The Company collects the minimum necessary personal information for the operation of the Service and manages it securely through reasonable methods.

The handling of personal information is governed by a separately established Privacy Policy.

Assignment of Status
Users may not transfer, assign, mortgage, or dispose of their contractual status or rights and obligations to third parties without the written consent of the Company.

Business Transfer
In the event the Company transfers the business related to the Service to another company, it may transfer the contractual status, rights, and obligations under these Terms, and customer information including user information to the transferee of the business, and users are deemed to have consented to such transfer in advance. This provision includes all cases of business transfer, such as company splits and other instances where the business is transferred.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Specified Commercial Transactions
Posters will make representations in accordance with the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and other applicable laws on their pages. Please refer to the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions for details on display obligations and content.

Purchase Amount
When users purchase content or utilize various services, they agree that the Company will charge and collect the amount displayed on the purchase application screen on the Service using the payment method selected by the user among those specified by the Company.

Liability

Users use the Service at their own risk and bear all responsibility for their actions and their outcomes.

The Company will manage to prevent cyber-attacks such as unauthorized access and hacking, hardware failures, and software bugs within a reasonable scope but does not guarantee such prevention. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by connection failures with the internet service contracted by the user, superior force such as natural disasters, etc.

Even if a user suffers damages related to the Service, the Company is only liable for direct and ordinary damages incurred by the user, and not for any special damages. In any case, the total liability of the Company towards the user shall not exceed the total amount paid to the Company for the Service in the past year or 10,000 yen, whichever is lower.

The Company does not guarantee that content posted on the Service by posters does not contain harmful items like computer viruses. Furthermore, the Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the user due to infections from content, files, etc., posted on the Service.

Refunds

If a user requests a refund within 24 hours of purchase and the Company approves, the purchase contract between the user and the poster will be canceled.

Users acknowledge that, due to the nature of the Service, refunds are not available except as permitted under these Terms. If a user repurchases a service after canceling a contract under these Terms, they acknowledge that they cannot cancel the transaction again.

If the Company deems that a user is abusing refunds under these Terms, it may suspend the user's access without prior notice. The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by the user due to such suspension.

Withdrawal
Users wishing to withdraw from the Service must apply for withdrawal using the prescribed method within the Service.

Use and Suspension of the Service

The Company may suspend part or all of the Service for users who violate these Terms without any obligation to notify the user.

The Company may suspend or interrupt part of the Service's functions without prior notice to the user.

The Company may suspend the use of the Service for users who have been suspended in the past due to violations of these Terms.
